PBKS Team 2023 Players List :- Punjab Kings Team 2023: Indian Premier League is the most watched and favorite tournament in India. There are a total of 10 teams in this event. Tata Indian Premier League is going to be held in April 2023. All the team managements were required to submit their players’ retention lists by 15 November 2022 before the mini-auction to be held on 23 December 2022 in Kochi. Punjab Kings Team 2023

The owners of the Punjab Kings team are Mohit Burman, Ness Wadia, Preity Zinta and Karan Paul. Punjab Kings was earlier known as Kings XI Punjab but now its name has been changed to Punjab Kings. The team has not won a single IPL tournament yet. However, the team was a semi-finalist in the first IPL tournament held in 2008 and runner-up in IPL 2014.

The management has once again retained some of the best players in the squad to build the best team to win the tournament. The team has also released some players whose performance was not good.

Punjab Kings 2023 Captain

Shikhar Dhawan is all set to replace Mayank Agarwal as the captain of Punjab Kings from IPL 2023. Dhawan’s promotion was approved during a franchise board meeting on Wednesday and was backed by Trevor Bayliss, the newly appointed head coach of the Kings.

Talking about Dhawan’s captaincy, Dhawan’s performance in the international matches so far has been excellent and the Punjab Kings team is hopeful that in the year 2023, under the captaincy of Dhawan, the Punjab Kings team can get its first IPL title.
