In Rajasthan, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced the creation of three new divisions and 19 new districts. Announcing in the assembly, new districts have been announced. After about 15 years, the state has got a new district. Earlier, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje had made Pratapgarh a new district. Rajasthan got the last district on 26 January 2008.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has made a big announcement in the last budget of his tenure. So far in the history of Rajasthan, so many districts have not been announced simultaneously. The Chief Minister of Rajasthan has announced the creation of 19 new districts in the state of Rajasthan.

Jaipur was made the most district
Most of the districts have been observed in Jaipur district. Jaipur district has been split into Jaipur North and Jaipur South districts. Apart from these two districts, Dudu and Kotputli have also been declared as districts. Thus 4 districts have been declared in Jaipur district.
3 New Districts From Jodhpur
Jodhpur is also divided into two parts. Jodhpur East and Jodhpur West have been declared as 2 districts. And Phalodi in Jodhpur will also be made a new district.

Which districts will come in which division, it will be announced later
A committee was constituted for the new district by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan. Whose name is Ram Lubhaya Committee. Now the Ram Lubhaya Committee has given an interim report. The final report is still pending. For which the term of the Ram Lubhaya Committee has been extended by 6 months. Within 6 months the status of new district and new division will be clear. That is, which districts will be in which division, the answers to all these questions will be clarified by the committee soon.
Announcements by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot
Following is the other announcement of Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot on Rajasthan Finance and Appropriation Bill discussion :-
- Employees will get all pension benefits on the day of retirement.
- There will be recruitment on 6000 posts of Madrasa Parateachers.
- The corridor of Govind Devji temple will be built on the lines of Mahakal.
- The scope of the MLA fund has been increased, now fencing work can be done.
- The time of the campaign increased with the administration of the cities and with the villages.
- Rs 50 crore will be spent for the upgradation of RU, Commerce College.
- Bridge courses will be run next year at a cost of 75 crores.
- 500 primary schools will be upgraded to upper primary and 500 upper primary schools will be upgraded to secondary schools.
- Declaration of exemption from stamp duty to transgenders.
- Transgenders will not have to pay any stamp duty while buying property.
- Announcement of giving laptops to government employees of public departments
- Smartphones will be given to 40 lakh women in Rajasthan.
